Spiber director Junichi Sugahara received the 25th “Advanced Technology Creating Originality, Fuji Television Award.” This award recognizes excellent research and development done by young researchers, aiming for the realization of making Japan a science and technology orientated nation. It was founded by Nihonkogyoshinbunsha in 1987.
