Spiber has been approved by the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) regarding the company’s plans to construct a biotechnology plant for protein fermentation and purification operations at the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate in Rayong, Thailand. The benefits of BOI+ approval include some exemption from corporate and import tax, and simplified procedures when corresponding with government offices. Spiber plans to effectively utilize these benefits to expand our business to spread structural protein materials to the world.
