YUIMA NAKAZATO presented a collection via video presentation at the Spring/Summer 2021 Haute Couture event at Paris Fashion Week. Following on from their Fall/Winter 2019-2020 and Spring/Summer 2020 presentations, this collection once again features Spiber’s Brewed Protein™ materials.
YUIMA NAKAZATO’s original “Biosmocking” technology—a textile-modeling method for creating three-dimensional textures by applying special digital processing to Brewed Protein™ materials—has further evolved to create more complicated modeling than ever before. Thanks to this progress, YUIMA NAKAZATO have succeeded in designing a fantastical and dynamic look with a motif rooted in nature.
