On December 9, 2022, Spiber and Tsuruoka City held a panel session regarding the Furusato Nozei (“Hometown Tax”) program at Kids Dome Sorai, a local educational center in Tsuruoka.
We discussed the thoughts we put into this project and future prospects related to education and child-oriented services in Tsuruoka. You can watch the conversation with the Mayor of Tsuruoka City, Osamu Minakawa, on Tsuruoka City’s official YouTube channel.
