Belgian digital designer Elmo Mistiaen has been invited to participate in the SHAPE – body, fashion, identity exhibition at the TextielMuseum in Tilburg, the Netherlands. Mistiaen’s contribution, a knitted art piece, incorporates 100% Brewed Protein™ worsted yarn, alongside other yarns such as Cashwool and Slow Silk.
The SHAPE exhibition encourages audiences to consider designs inspired by the human body and question traditional ideals of beauty and identity. The exhibition includes works from designers such as Iris van Herpen and special installations created in the museum’s TextielLab.
