Spiber (Thailand) Ltd., a subsidiary of Spiber Inc., has raised 1.14 billion Thai baht through the allocation of third-party shares. These funds will be used to drive the development of a large-scale production system. Following the issuance of these new shares, the company’s total capital has increased to 1.9 billion baht (including capital reserves).
